Duplex

The duplex is set on two levels — a bedroom downstairs and a separate living area with a sofa upstairs. It is the only unit in the complex where an extra bed for an adult is possible, which makes it the best choice for families and small groups.

The lower level holds the bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom, while an internal staircase leads up to a living area with a sofa. The layout gives everyone privacy — children or older guests can go to bed while the rest of the group stays up in the living area.

The duplex is the only unit where an extra bed for an adult can be added, which makes it the first choice for families and small groups. It includes air conditioning, cable TV, LAN and Wi-Fi, a mini-bar and a hairdryer. The gym and Wi-Fi are included in the rate; the sauna and covered parking are charged separately, and parking is reserved in advance.
